In order to operate the Isatellitelink software requires the following elements installed on your computer:

• Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2
• Windows Media Player 9 or Above.
• Internet Explorer 6 or above.

1. Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 or Above.
   
   To check whether Microsoft .NET Framework is installed on your system or not, Goto Control Panel and Click on Add/Remove Programs and look for “Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2”  OR Above entry. See the image below for example. CLICK HERE to download Microsoft Dot Net Framework v2.0 or use Windows Update to download .NET Framework.
   
   
   
   
2. Windows Media Player 9 or Above.
   
   iSatelliteLink software requires Windows Media Player 9 or above. To check the Windows Media Player version, Open Windows Media Player, Click on File and then Help and select About Windows Media Player. Look for “Version:” text on the screen. See the image below for example. CLICK HERE to download latest version Windows Media Player.




3. Internet Explorer 6 or above.
   
   Please make sure your system has latest version of Internet Explorer installed. To check the which version of Internet Explorer is installed, Open Internet Explorer, Click on Help then select  “About Internet Explorer”. A window will open, look for Version text.  See Image below for example. CLICK HERE to download Internet Explorer.
